主よ、あなたの大路をわたしに知らせ、あなたの道をわたしに教えてください。 [詩25:4]

モーセは主に言った、「･･･わたしがもし、あなたの前に恵みを得ますならば、どうか、あなたの道を示し、あなたをわたしに知らせ、あなたの前に恵みを得させてください。また、この国民があなたの民であることを覚えてください」。主は言われた「わたし自身が一緒に行くであろう。そしてあなたに安息を与えるであろう」。 ■ 主はおのれの道をモーセに知らせ、おのれのしわざをイスラエルの人々に知らせられた。 [出33:12-14 | 詩103:7]

へりくだる者を公義に導き、へりくだる者にその道を教えられる。主を恐れる人はだれか。主はその選ぶべき道をその人に教えられる。 ■ 心をつくして主に信頼せよ、自分の知識にたよってはならない。すべての道で主を認めよ、そうすれば、主はあなたの道をまっすぐにされる。 [詩25:9,12 | 箴3:5,6]

September 30, Evening

Shew me thy ways, O Lord; teach me thy paths. [Psa.25:4]

Moses said unto the Lord, I pray thee, if I have found grace in thy sight, shew me now thy way, that I may know thee. And he said, My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest. ■ He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel. [Exo.33:12-14 | Psa.103:7]

The meek will he guide in judgment; and the meek will he teach his way. What man is he that feareth the Lord? him shall teach in the way that he shall choose. ■ Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. [Psa.25:9,12 | Prov.3:5,6]

Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore. ■ I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye. ■ The path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.
