人を生かすものは霊である。 [ヨハ6:63]

「最初の人アダムは生きたものとなった」･･･最後のアダムは命を与える霊となった。 ■ 肉から生れる者は肉であり、霊から生れる者は霊である。 ■ わたしたちの行った義のわざによってではなく、ただ神のあわれみによって、再生の洗いを受け、聖霊により新たにされて、わたしたちは救われたのである。 [1コリ15:45 | ヨハ3:6 | テト3:5,6]

もし、キリストの霊を持たない人がいるなら、その人はキリストのものではない。もし、キリストがあなたがたの内におられるなら、からだは罪のゆえに死んでいても、霊は義のゆえに生きているのである。もし、イエスを死人の中からよみがえらせたかたの御霊が、あなたがたの内に宿っているなら、キリスト・イエスを死人の中からよみがえらせたかたは、あなたがたの内に宿っている御霊によって、あなたがたの死ぬべきからだをも、生かしてくださるであろう。 [ロマ8:9-12]

生きているのは、もはや、わたしではない。キリストが、わたしのうちに生きておられるのである。しかし、わたしがいま肉にあって生きているのは、･･･神の御子を信じる信仰によって、生きているのである。 ■ あなたがた自身も、罪に対して死んだ者であり、キリスト・イエスにあって神に生きている者であることを、認むべきである。 [ガラ2:20 | ロマ6:11]

It is the spirit that quickeneth. [John.6:63]

The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. ■ That which is born of the flesh is flesh and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. ■ Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost. If any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. [Rom.8:9-11]

I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God. ■ Reckon ye ... yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. [Gal.2:20 | Rom.6:11]
