貧しくもなく、また富みもせず、ただなくてならぬ食物でわたしを養ってください。飽き足りて、あなたを知らないといい、「主とはだれか」と言うことのないため、また貧しくて盗みをし、わたしの神の名を汚すことのないためです。 ■ わたしたちの日ごとの食物を、きょうもお与えください。 [箴30:8,9 | マタ6:11]

A man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth. [Luke.12:15]

A little that a righteous man hath is better than the riches of many wicked. ■ Better is little with the fear of the Lord than great treasure and trouble therewith. ■ Godliness with contentment is great gain.
