キリストは神に立てられて、わたしたちの知恵となり、義と聖とあがないとになられたのである。 ■ あなたは神の深い事を窮めることができるか。全能者の限界を窮めることができるか。それは天よりも高い、あなたは何をなしうるか。それは陰府よりも深い、あなたは何を知りうるか。 [1コリ1:30 | ヨブ11:7,8]

むしろ、わたしたちが語るのは、隠された奥義としての神の知恵である。それは神が、わたしたちの受ける栄光のために、世の始まらぬ先から、あらかじめ定めておかれたものである。 ■ 万物の造り主である神の中に世々隠されていた奥義にあずかる務がどんなものであるかを、明らかに示すためである。それは今、天上にあるもろもろの支配や権威が、教会をとおして、神の多種多様な知恵を知るに至るためである。 [1コリ2:7 | エペ3:9,10]

あなたがたのうち、知恵に不足している者があれば、その人は、とがめもせずに惜しみなくすべての人に与える神に、願い求めるがよい。そうすれば、与えられるであろう。 ■ 上からの知恵は、第一に清く、次に平和、寛容、温順であり、あわれみと良い実とに満ち、かたより見ず、偽りがない。 [ヤコ1:5 | ヤコ3:17]

The only wise God our Saviour. [Jude.1:25]

Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption. ■ Canst thou by searching find out God? canst thou find out the Almighty unto perfection? It is as high as heaven; what canst thou do? deeper than hell; what canst thou know? [I Cor.1:30 | Job.11:7,8]

We speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory. ■ The mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: to the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known, by the church, the manifold wisdom of God. [I Cor.2:7 | Eph.3:9,10]

If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. ■ The wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
