あなたがたは、イエス・キリストを見たことはないが、彼を愛している。現在、見てはいないけれども、信じて、言葉につくせない、輝きにみちた喜びにあふれている。 [1ペテ1:8]

わたしの主キリスト・イエスを知る知識の絶大な価値のゆえに、いっさいのものを損と思っている。キリストのゆえに、わたしはすべてを失ったが、それらのものを、ふん土のように思っている。それは、わたしがキリストを得るためであり、律法による自分の義ではなく、キリストを信じる信仰による義、すなわち、信仰に基く神からの義を受けて、キリストのうちに自分を見いだすようになるためである。 [ピリ3:8,9]

Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory. [I Pet.1:8]

I count all things but loss, for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, and be found in him, not having mine own righteousness which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith.
