何事をお告げになったのか。 [1サム3:17]

人よ、彼はさきによい事のなんであるかをあなたに告げられた。主のあなたに求められることは、ただ公義をおこない、いつくしみを愛し、へりくだってあなたの神と共に歩むことではないか。 ■ また、わたしがきょうあなたに命じる主の命令と定めとを守って、さいわいを得ることである。 [ミカ6:8 | 申10:13]

律法の行いによる者は、皆のろいの下にある。「律法の書に書いてあるいっさいのことを守らず、これを行わない者は、皆のろわれる」と書いてあるからである。そこで、律法によっては、神のみまえに義とされる者はひとりもないことが、明らかである。なぜなら、「信仰による義人は生きる」からである。それでは、律法はなんであるか。それは違反を促すため、あとから加えられたのであって、約束されていた子孫が来るまで存続するだけのものである。 [ガラ3:10,11,19]

神は、むかしは、預言者たちにより、いろいろな時に、いろいろな方法で、先祖たちに語られたが、この終りの時には、御子によって、わたしたちに語られたのである。 [ヘブ1:1,2]

What is the thing that the Lord hath said unto thee? [I Sam.3:17]

He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God? ■ To keep the commandments of the Lord, and his statutes, which I command thee this day for thy good. [Mic.6:8 | Deut.10:13]

As many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for The just shall live by faith. Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made. [Gal.3:10,11,19]

God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son. [Heb.1:1,2]

Speak, Lord; for thy servant heareth. [I Sam.3:9]
