あらゆる点において成長し、かしらなるキリストに達するのである。 [エペ4:15]

初めに芽、つぎに穂、つぎに穂の中に豊かな実ができる。 ■ わたしたちすべての者が、神の子を信じる信仰の一致と彼を知る知識の一致とに到達し、全き人となり、キリストの満ちみちた徳の高さにまで至るためである。 [マル4:28 | エペ4:13]

彼らは仲間同志で互にはかり合ったり、互に比べ合ったりしているが、知恵のないしわざである。誇る者は主を誇るべきである。自分で自分を推薦する人ではなく、主に推薦される人こそ、確かな人なのである。 [2コリ10:12,17,18]

その本体はキリストにある。あなたがたは、わざとらしい謙そんと天使礼拝とにおぼれている人々から、いろいろと悪評されてはならない。彼らは幻を見たことを重んじ、肉の思いによっていたずらに誇るだけで、キリストなるかしらに、しっかりと着くことをしない。このかしらから出て、からだ全体は、節と節、筋と筋とによって強められ結び合わされ、神に育てられて成長していくのである。 [コロ2:17-19]

わたしたちの主また救主イエス・キリストの恵みと知識とにおいて、ますます豊かになりなさい。 [2ペテ3:18]

Grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ. [Eph.4:15]

First the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear. ■ Till we all come to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ. [Mark.4:28 | Eph.4:13]

They measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise. But he that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord. For not he that commendeth himself is approved, but whom the Lord commendeth. [II Cor.10:12,17,18]

The body is of Christ. Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind, and not holding the Head from which all the body by joints and bands, having nourishment ministered and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God. [Col.2:17-19]

Grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. [II Pet.3:18]
