主はわたしを緑の牧場に伏させる。 [詩23:2]

悪しき者は波の荒い海のようだ。静まることができない。わが神は言われる、「よこしまな者には平安がない」と。 [イザ57:20,21]

すべて重荷を負うて苦労している者は、わたしのもとにきなさい。あなたがたを休ませてあげよう。 ■ 主の前にもだし、 ■ 神の安息にはいった者は、･･･自分もわざを休んだからである。 [マタ11:28 | 詩37:7 | ヘブ4:10]

さまざまな違った教によって、迷わされてはならない。恵みによって、心を強くするがよい。 ■ わたしたちはもはや子供ではないので、だまし惑わす策略により、人々の悪巧みによって起る様々な教の風に吹きまわされたり、もてあそばれたりすることがなく、愛にあって真理を語り、あらゆる点において成長し、かしらなるキリストに達するのである。 [ヘブ13:9 | エペ4:14,15]

わたしは大きな喜びをもって、彼の陰にすわった。彼の与える実はわたしの口に甘かった。彼はわたしを酒宴の家に連れて行った。わたしの上にひるがえる彼の旗は愛であった。 [雅2:3,4]

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures. [Psa.23:2]

The wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest. There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked. [Isa.57:20,21]

Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. ■ Rest in the Lord. ■ He that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works. [Matt.11:28 | Psa.37:7 | Heb.4:10]

Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace. ■ That ... we be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; but speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ.
