神のかたちであるキリスト。 [2コリ4:4]

こうして主の栄光があらわれ、人は皆ともにこれを見る。 ■ 神を見た者はまだひとりもいない。ただ父のふところにいるひとり子なる神だけが、神をあらわしたのである。そして言は肉体となり、わたしたちのうちに宿った。わたしたちはその栄光を見た。それは父のひとり子としての栄光であって、めぐみとまこととに満ちていた。 ■ わたしを見た者は、父を見たのである。 ■ 御子は神の栄光の輝きであり、神の本質の真の姿である。 ■ キリストは肉において現れた。 [イザ40:5 | ヨハ1:18,14 | ヨハ14:9 | ヘブ1:3 | 1テモ3:16]

わたしたちは、この御子によってあがない、すなわち、罪のゆるしを受けているのである。御子は、見えない神のかたちであって、すべての造られたものに先だって生れたかたである。 ■ 神はあらかじめ知っておられる者たちを、更に御子のかたちに似たものとしようとして、あらかじめ定めて下さった。それは、御子を多くの兄弟の中で長子とならせるためであった。 [コロ1:14,15 | ロマ8:29]

すなわち、わたしたちは、土に属している形をとっているのと同様に、また天に属している形をとるであろう。 [1コリ15:49]

Christ, who is the image of God. [II Cor.4:4]

The glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together. ■ No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, [and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,] full of grace and truth. ■ He that hath seen me hath seen the Father. ■ The brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person. ■ God was manifest in the flesh. In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature. ■ Whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. As we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. [I Cor.15:49]
