ロトが目を上げてヨルダンの低地をあまねく見わたすと、主がソドムとゴモラを滅ぼされる前であったから、ゾアルまで主の園のように、すみずみまでよく潤っていた。そこでロトはヨルダンの低地をことごとく選びとった。 [創13:10,11]

March 22, Morning

Lot lifted up his eyes, and beheld all the plain of Jordan, that it was well watered every where, before the Lord destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, even as the garden of the Lord. Then Lot chose him all the plain of Jordan. [Gen.13:10,11]
