The Lord reigneth. [Psa.99:1]

Fear ye not me? saith the Lord: will ye not tremble at my presence, which have placed the sand for the bound of the sea by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass it: and though the waves thereof toss themselves, yet can they not prevail; though they roar, yet can they not pass over it? ■ Promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another. [Jer.5:22 | Psa.75:6,7]

He changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding. ■ Ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled. [Dan.2:21 | Matt.24:6]
