主のために建てる家はきわめて壮大でなければならない。 [1歴22:5]

あなたがたも、それぞれ生ける石となって、霊の家に築き上げられなさい。 ■ あなたがたは神の宮であって、神の御霊が自分のうちに宿っていることを知らないのか。もし人が、神の宮を破壊するなら、神はその人を滅ぼすであろう。なぜなら、神の宮は聖なるものであり、そして、あなたがたはその宮なのだからである。 ■ あなたがたは知らないのか。自分のからだは、神から受けて自分の内に宿っている聖霊の宮であって、あなたがたは、もはや自分自身のものではないのである。あなたがたは、代価を払って買いとられたのだ。それだから、自分のからだをもって、神の栄光をあらわしなさい。 ■ 神の宮と偶像となんの一致があるか。わたしたちは、生ける神の宮である。神がこう仰せになっている、「わたしは彼らの間に住み、かつ出入りをするであろう。そして、わたしは彼らの神となり、彼らはわたしの民となるであろう」。 ■ またあなたがたは、使徒たちや預言者たちという土台の上に建てられたものであって、キリスト・イエスご自身が隅のかしら石である。このキリストにあって、建物全体が組み合わされ、主にある聖なる宮に成長し、そしてあなたがたも、主にあって共に建てられて、霊なる神のすまいとなるのである。 [1ペテ2:5 | 1コリ3:16,17 | 1コリ6:19,20 | 2コリ6:16 | エペ2:20-22]

The house that is to be builded for the Lord must be exceeding magnifical. [I Chr.22:5]

Ye ... as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house. ■ Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are. ■ Your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own.
