神殿の幕が上から下まで真二つに裂けた。 [マタ27:51]

主イエスは、渡される夜、パンをとり、感謝してこれをさき、そして言われた、「これはあなたがたのための、わたしのからだである。わたしを記念するため、このように行いなさい」。 ■ わたしが与えるパンは、世の命のために与えるわたしの肉である。 [1コリ11:23,24 | ヨハ6:51]

イエスは彼らに言われた、「人の子の肉を食べず、また、その血を飲まなければ、あなたがたの内に命はない。わたしの肉を食べ、わたしの血を飲む者には、永遠の命がある。わたしの肉を食べ、わたしの血を飲む者はわたしにおり、わたしもまたその人におる。生ける父がわたしをつかわされ、また、わたしが父によって生きているように、わたしを食べる者もわたしによって生きるであろう。･･･このことがあなたがたのつまずきになるのか。それでは、もし人の子が前にいた所に上るのを見たら、どうなるのか。人を生かすものは霊であって、肉はなんの役にも立たない」。 [ヨハ6:53-57,61-63]

彼の肉体なる幕をとおり、わたしたちのために開いて下さった新しい生きた道をとおって、はいって行くことができるのであり、 [ヘブ10:20]

July 21, Evening

The veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom. [Matt.27:51]

The Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread: and when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me. ■ The bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world. [I Cor.11:23,24 | John.6:51]

Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you. Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life. He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him. As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me. Doth this offend you? What and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where he was before? It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing. [John.6:53,54,56,57,61-63]

A new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; let us draw near. [Heb.10:20,22]
