そのころヒゼキヤは病気になって死にかかっていた。そこでヒゼキヤは主に祈って言った、「ああ主よ、願わくは、わたしが真実と真心とをもって、み前に歩み、あなたの目にかなう事を行ったのを覚えてください」。そしてヒゼキヤはひどく泣いた。その時主の言葉がイザヤに臨んで言った、行って、ヒゼキヤに言いなさい、あなたの父ダビデの神、主はこう仰せられます、わたしはあなたの祈を聞いた。あなたの涙を見た。見よ、わたしはあなたのよわいを十五年増そう。 [イザ38:1-5]

I am the Lord that heals you. [Ex15:26]

I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. The Lord has chastened me sore. but he has not given me over to death. ■ Bless the Lord, Oh my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities. who heals all your diseases; [Ps118:17-18 | Ps103:2-3]

In those days was Hezekiah sick to death. Then Hezekiah prayed to the Lord, And said. Remember now, Oh Lord. I beseech you, how I have walked before you in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done that which is good in your sight. And Hezekiah wept sore.Then came the word of the Lord to Isaiah, saying, Go, and say to Hezekiah, Thus says the Lord, the God of David your father. I have heard your prayer. I have seen your tears. look. I will add to your days fifteen years. [Isa38:1-5]

And, look, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying. Lord, if you wilt, you can make me clean. And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying. I will. be you clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed. [Mt8:2-3]
