死は勝利にのまれてしまった。 [1コリ15:54,55]

感謝すべきことには、神はわたしたちの主イエス・キリストによって、わたしたちに勝利を賜わったのである。 [1コリ15:57]

子たちは血と肉とに共にあずかっているので、イエスもまた同様に、それらをそなえておられる。それは、死の力を持つ者、すなわち悪魔を、ご自分の死によって滅ぼし、死の恐怖のために一生涯、奴隷となっていた者たちを、解き放つためである。 [ヘブ2:14,15]

もしわたしたちが、キリストと共に死んだなら、また彼と共に生きることを信じる。キリストは死人の中からよみがえらされて、もはや死ぬことがなく、死はもはや彼を支配しないことを、知っているからである。なぜなら、キリストが死んだのは、ただ一度罪に対して死んだのであり、キリストが生きるのは、神に生きるのだからである。 [ロマ6:8-10]

あなたがた自身も、罪に対して死んだ者であり、キリスト・イエスにあって神に生きている者であることを、認むべきである。 [ロマ6:11]

わたしたちを愛して下さったかたによって、わたしたちは、これらすべての事において勝ち得て余りがある。 [ロマ8:37]

September 26, Evening

Death is swallowed up in victory. [I Cor.15:54]

Thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. [I Cor.15:57]

Forasmuch ... as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; and deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. [Heb.2:14,15]

If we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him: knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him. For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. [Rom.6:8-10]

Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. [Rom.6:11]

In all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. [Rom.8:37]
