主よ、わたしはあなたの住まわれる家と、あなたの栄光のとどまる所とを愛します。 ■ あなたの大庭にいる一日は、よそにいる千日にもまさるのです。わたしは悪の天幕にいるよりは、むしろ、わが神の家の門守となることを願います。 ■ あなたに選ばれ、あなたに近づけられて、あなたの大庭に住む人はさいわいである。われらはあなたの家、あなたの聖なる宮の恵みによって飽くことができる。 [詩26:8 | 詩84:10 | 詩65:4]

主はおのれを待ち望む者と、おのれを尋ね求める者にむかって恵みふかい。 ■ 主は待っていて、あなたがたに恵を施される。それゆえ、主は立ちあがって、あなたがたをあわれまれる。主は公平の神でいらせられる。すべて主を待ち望む者はさいわいである。 [哀3:25 | イザ30:18]

兄弟たちよ。わたしたちはイエスの血によって、はばかることなく聖所にはいることができ、わたしたちのために開いて下さった新しい生きた道をとおって、はいって行くことができるのであり、心はすすがれて良心のとがめを去り、からだは清い水で洗われ、まごころをもって信仰の確信に満たされつつ、みまえに近づこうではないか。 [ヘブ10:19,20,22]

It is good for me to draw near to God. [Psa.73:28]

Lord, I have loved the habitation of thy house, and the place where thine honour dwelleth. ■ A day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness. ■ Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple. The Lord is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him. ■ Therefore will the Lord wait that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted that he may have mercy upon you: for the Lord is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him. [Lam.3:25 | Isa.30:18]

Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us: ... let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience. [Heb.10:19,20,22]
