神はわれわれを見捨てられない。 [エズ9:9]

愛する者たちよ。あなたがたを試みるために降りかかって来る火のような試錬を、何か思いがけないことが起ったかのように驚きあやしむことなく、･･･ ■ あなたがたは訓練として耐え忍びなさい。神はあなたがたを、子として取り扱っておられるのである。いったい、父に訓練されない子があるだろうか。だれでも受ける訓練が、あなたがたに与えられないとすれば、それこそ、あなたがたは私生子であって、ほんとうの子ではない。 [1ペテ4:12 | ヘブ12:7,8]

あなたがたの神、主はあなたがたが心をつくし、精神をつくして、あなたがたの神、主を愛するか、どうかを知ろうと、このようにあなたがたを試みられるからである。 [申13:3]

主は、その大いなる名のゆえに、その民を捨てられないであろう。主が、あなたがたを自分の民とすることを良しとされるからである。 ■ 「女がその乳のみ子を忘れて、その腹の子を、あわれまないようなことがあろうか。たとい彼らが忘れるようなことがあっても、わたしは、あなたを忘れることはない。 ■ ヤコブの神をおのが助けとし、その望みをおのが神、主におく人はさいわいである。 [1サム12:22 | イザ49:15 | 詩146:5]

神は、日夜叫び求める選民のために、正しいさばきをしてくださらずに長い間そのままにしておかれることがあろうか。あなたがたに言っておくが、神はすみやかにさばいてくださるであろう。 [ルカ18:7,8]

Our God hath not forsaken us. [Ezra.9:9]

Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you. ■ If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons. [I Pet.4:12 | Heb.12:7,8]

The Lord your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul. [Deut.13:3]

The Lord will not forsake his people for his great name's sake: because it hath pleased the Lord to make you his people. ■ Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee. ■ Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God. Shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them? I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. [Luke.18:7,8]
