夜回りよ、今は夜のなんどきですか。 [イザ21:11]

あなたがたの眠りからさめるべき時が、すでにきている。なぜなら今は、わたしたちの救が、初め信じた時よりも、もっと近づいているからである。夜はふけ、日が近づいている。それだから、わたしたちは、やみのわざを捨てて、光の武具を着けようではないか。 [ロマ13:11,12]

いちじくの木からこの譬を学びなさい。その枝が柔らかになり、葉が出るようになると、夏の近いことがわかる。そのように、すべてこれらのことを見たならば、人の子が戸口まで近づいていると知りなさい。天地は滅びるであろう。しかしわたしの言葉は滅びることがない。 [マタ24:32,33,35]

わたしは主を待ち望みます、わが魂は待ち望みます。そのみ言葉によって、わたしは望みをいだきます。わが魂は夜回りが暁を待つにまさり、夜回りが暁を待つにまさって主を待ち望みます。 [詩130:5,6]

これらのことをあかしするかたが仰せになる、「しかり、わたしはすぐに来る」。アァメン、主イエスよ、きたりませ。 [黙22:20]

目をさましていなさい。その日その時が、あなたがたにはわからないからである。 [マタ25:13]

September 6, Evening

Watchman, what of the night? [Isa.21:11]

It is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. [Rom.13:11,12]

Learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh: so likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. [Matt.24:32,33,35]

I wait for the Lord, my soul doth wait, and in his word do I hope. My soul waiteth for the Lord more than they that watch for the morning: I say, more than they that watch for the morning. [Psa.130:5,6]
