患難に耐えなさい。 [ロマ12:12]

イエスは涙を流された。 ■ 彼は侮られて人に捨てられ、悲しみの人で、病を知っていた。･･･まことに彼はわれわれの病を負い、われわれの悲しみをになった。 [ヨハ11:35 | イザ53:3,4]

主は愛する者を訓練し、受けいれるすべての子を、むち打たれるのである」。すべての訓練は、当座は、喜ばしいものとは思われず、むしろ悲しいものと思われる。しかし後になれば、それによって鍛えられる者に、平安な義の実を結ばせるようになる。 ■ 更にまた祈るのは、あなたがたが、神の栄光の勢いにしたがって賜わるすべての力によって強くされ、何事も喜んで耐えかつ忍び、 ■ あなたがたは、この世ではなやみがある。しかし、勇気を出しなさい。わたしはすでに世に勝っている。 [ヘブ12:6,11 | コロ1:11 | ヨハ16:33]

Patient in tribulation. [Rom.12:12]

It is the Lord: let him do what seemeth him good. ■ Whom, though I were righteous, yet would I not answer, but I would make supplication to my judge. ■ The Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord. ■ What? shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive evil? Jesus wept. ■ A man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows. [John.11:35 | Isa.53:3,4]

Whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby. ■ Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness. ■ In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
