主の言葉がわたしの心にあって、燃える火のわが骨のうちに閉じこめられているようで、それを押えるのに疲れはてて、耐えることができません。 [エレ20:9]

わたしは、そうせずにはおれないからである。もし福音を宣べ伝えないなら、わたしはわざわいである。それでは、その報酬はなんであるか。福音を宣べ伝えるのにそれを無代価で提供し、わたしが宣教者として持つ権利を利用しないことである。 ■ そこで、（議会は）ふたりを呼び入れて、イエスの名によって語ることも説くことも、いっさい相成らぬと言いわたした。ペテロとヨハネとは、これに対して言った、「･･･わたしたちとしては、自分の見たこと聞いたことを、語らないわけにはいかない」。 ■ キリストの愛がわたしたちに強く迫っている。 [1コリ9:16,18 | 使4:18-20 | 2コリ5:14]

April 19, Evening

His word was in mine heart as a burning fire shut up in my bones, and I was weary with forbearing, and I could not stay. [Jer.20:9]

Necessity is laid upon me; yea woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel! What is my reward then? Verily that, when I preach the gospel, I may make the gospel of Christ without charge, that I abuse not my power in the gospel. ■ They called them, and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus.
