シオンの罪びとは恐れに満たされ、おののきは神を恐れない者を捕えた。「われわれのうち、だれが焼きつくす火の中におることができよう。われわれのうち、だれがとこしえの燃える火の中におることができよう」。 ■ 心のうちで死を覚悟し、自分自身を頼みとしないで、死人をよみがえらせて下さる神を頼みとするに至った。神はこのような死の危険から、わたしたちを救い出して下さった、また救い出して下さるであろう。わたしたちは、神が今後も救い出して下さることを望んでいる。 ■ 罪の支払う報酬は死である。しかし神の賜物は、わたしたちの主キリスト・イエスにおける永遠のいのちである。 [イザ33:14 | 2コリ1:9,10 | ロマ6:23]

The sinners in Zion are afraid; fearfulness hath surprised the hypocrites.
