人が、なすべき善を知りながら行わなければ、それは彼にとって罪である。 ■ たといわたしたちの心に責められるようなことがあっても、神はわたしたちの心よりも大いなるかたであって、すべてをご存じだからである。愛する者たちよ。もし心に責められるようなことがなければ、わたしたちは神に対して確信を持つことができる。 [ヤコ4:17 | 1ヨハ3:20,21]

すべての物はきよい。ただ、それを食べて人をつまずかせる者には、悪となる。･･･自ら良いと定めたことについて、やましいと思わない人は、さいわいである。 [ロマ14:20-22]

神よ、どうか、わたしを探って、わが心を知り、わたしを試みて、わがもろもろの思いを知ってください。わたしに悪しき道のあるかないかを見て、わたしをとこしえの道に導いてください。 [詩139:23,24]

The spirit of man is the candle of the Lord. [Prov.20:27]

He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone a her ... And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last. [John.8:7,9]

Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat? [Gen.3:11]

To him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin. ■ If our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things. Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God. [Jas.4:17 | I John.3:20,21]

All things indeed are pure; but it is evil for that man who eateth with offence. Happy is he that condemneth not himself in that thing which he alloweth. [Rom.14:20,22]

Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: and see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. [Psa.139:23,24]
