悪魔に立ちむかいなさい。そうすれば、彼はあなたがたから逃げ去るであろう。 [ヤコ4:7]

主は、せき止めた川を、そのいぶきで押し流すように、こられるからである。 ■ 「サタンよ、退け。『主なるあなたの神を拝し、ただ神にのみ仕えよ』と書いてある」。そこで、悪魔はイエスを離れ去り、そして、御使たちがみもとにきて仕えた。 [イザ59:19 | マタ4:10,11]

主にあって、その偉大な力によって、強くなりなさい。悪魔の策略に対抗して立ちうるために、神の武具で身を固めなさい。 ■ 実を結ばないやみのわざに加わらないで、むしろ、それを指摘してやりなさい。 ■ そうするのは、サタンに欺かれることのないためである。わたしたちは、彼の策略を知らないわけではない。 ■ 身を慎み、目をさましていなさい。あなたがたの敵である悪魔が、ほえたけるししのように、食いつくすべきものを求めて歩き回っている。この悪魔にむかい、信仰にかたく立って、抵抗しなさい。あなたがたのよく知っているとおり、全世界にいるあなたがたの兄弟たちも、同じような苦しみの数々に会っているのである。 ■ わたしたちの信仰こそ、世に勝たしめた勝利の力である。 [エペ6:10,11 | エペ5:11 | 2コリ2:11 | 1ペテ5:8,9 | 1ヨハ5:4]

Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. [Jas.4:7]

When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him. ■ Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him. [Isa.59:19 | Matt.4:10,11]

Be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may he able to stand against the wiles of the devil. ■ And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. ■ Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices. ■ Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour; whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world. ■ This is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
