アベルの血よりも力強く語るそそがれた血。 [ヘブ12:24]

見よ、世の罪を取り除く神の小羊。 ■ ほふられた小羊。 ■ なぜなら、雄牛ややぎなどの血は、罪を除き去ることができないからである。それだから、キリストがこの世にこられたとき、次のように言われた、「あなたは、いけにえやささげ物を望まれないで、わたしのために、からだを備えて下さった。この御旨に基きただ一度イエス・キリストのからだがささげられたことによって、わたしたちはきよめられたのである。 [ヨハ1:29 | 黙13:8 | ヘブ10:4,5,10]

The blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel. [Heb.12:24]

Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. ■ The Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. ■ It is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins. Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me. Abel, ... brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof ... The Lord had respect unto Abel and to his offering. ■ Christ ... hath loved us, and hath given himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour. [Gen.4:4 | Eph.5:2]

Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. ■ Having ... boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus. [Heb.10:22 | Heb.10:19]
