わたしの国はこの世のものではない。 [ヨハ18:36]

キリストは多くの罪のために一つの永遠のいけにえをささげた後、神の右に座し、それから、敵をその足台とするときまで、待っておられる。 ■ あなたがたは、間もなく、人の子が力ある者の右に座し、天の雲に乗って来るのを見るであろう。 [ヘブ10:12,13 | マタ26:64]

キリストはあらゆる敵をその足もとに置く時までは、支配を続けることになっているからである。 [1コリ15:25]

感謝すべきことには、神はわたしたちの主イエス・キリストによって、わたしたちに勝利を賜わったのである。 ■ 神は･･･彼（キリスト）を死人の中からよみがえらせ、天上においてご自分の右に座せしめ、彼を、すべての支配、権威、権力、権勢の上におき、また、この世ばかりでなくきたるべき世においても唱えられる、あらゆる名の上におかれたのである。そして、万物をキリストの足の下に従わせ、彼を万物の上にかしらとして教会に与えられた。この教会はキリストのからだであって、すべてのものを、すべてのもののうちに満たしているかたが、満ちみちているものに、ほかならない。 ■ 時がくれば、祝福に満ちた、ただひとりの力あるかた、もろもろの王の王、もろもろの主の主が、キリストを出現させて下さるであろう。 [1コリ15:57 | エペ1:20-23 | 1テモ6:15]

November 23, Evening

My kingdom is not of this world. [John.18:36]

This man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; from henceforth expecting till his enemies may be made his footstool. ■ Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven. He must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. [I Cor.15:25]

Thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. ■ He raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: and hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all. ■ He shall shew who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords.
