聖霊によって祈りなさい。 [ユダ1:20]

神は霊であるから、礼拝をする者も、霊とまこととをもって礼拝すべきである。 ■ 彼（キリスト）によって、わたしたちが一つの御霊の中にあって、父のみもとに近づくことができるからである。 [ヨハ4:24 | エペ2:18]

わが父よ、もしできることでしたらどうか、この杯をわたしから過ぎ去らせてください。しかし、わたしの思いのままにではなく、みこころのままになさって下さい。 [マタ26:39]

御霊もまた同じように、弱いわたしたちを助けて下さる。なぜなら、わたしたちはどう祈ったらよいかわからないが、御霊みずから、言葉にあらわせない切なるうめきをもって、わたしたちのためにとりなして下さるからである。そして、人の心を探り知るかたは、御霊の思うところがなんであるかを知っておられる。なぜなら、御霊は、聖徒のために、神の御旨にかなうとりなしをして下さるからである。 ■ わたしたちが神に対していだいている確信は、こうである。すなわち、わたしたちが何事でも神の御旨に従って願い求めるなら、神はそれを聞きいれて下さるということである。 ■ 真理の御霊が来る時には、あなたがたをあらゆる真理に導いてくれるであろう。 [ロマ8:26,27 | 1ヨハ5:14 | ヨハ16:13]

絶えず祈と願いをし、どんな時でも御霊によって祈り、そのために目をさましてうむことがなく、すべての聖徒のために祈りつづけなさい。 [エペ6:18]

Praying in the Holy Ghost. [Jude.1:20]

God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. ■ We ... have access by one Spirit unto the Father. [John.4:24 | Eph.2:18]

O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt. [Matt.26:39]

The Spirit ... helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. ■ This is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us. ■ When he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth. Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication. [Eph.6:18]
