主、主、あわれみあり、恵みあり、怒ることおそく、いつくしみと、まこととの豊かなる神。 [出34:6]

あなたがたが召されたその召しにふさわしく歩き、できる限り謙虚で、かつ柔和であり、寛容を示し、愛をもって互に忍びあい、 ■ 互に情深く、あわれみ深い者となり、神がキリストにあってあなたがたをゆるして下さったように、あなたがたも互にゆるし合いなさい。 ■ 上からの知恵は、第一に清く、次に平和、寛容、温順であり、あわれみと良い実とに満ち、かたより見ず、偽りがない。 ■ 愛は寛容であり、愛は情深い。 [エペ4:1,2 | エペ4:32 | ヤコ3:17 | 1コリ13:4]

June 1, Morning

The fruit of the Spirit is longsuffering, gentleness. [Gal.5:22]

The Lord, the Lord God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth. [Exo.34:6]

Walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called, with all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love. ■ Be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you. ■ The wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. ■ Charity suffereth long, and is kind. In due season we shall reap, if we faint not. ■ Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.
